The perfect combination of chocolate, biscuit and jelly in one snack bar is now possible with our equipment!

Peshcherin Food ProcessingTM is proud to present a new manufacturing line which will enable you to produce a high quality product, which is both nutritious and tasty!

The line consists of:

The system of conveyors, a forming drum for soufflé application including hopper, a cooling tunnel, a set of dehumidifiers, the cutting system, the set for preparation and application of jelly and marmalade masses, tanks for cooking and storage, the injection system for food colorants and flavors, dispensing and mixing with layer forming, and the control system. The pipework system is included.

The capacity of the line could vary from 300 up to 1000 kg/h.

For alternative solution with jelly instead of soufflé, it is possible to also install additional mixers with bowls (movable) and a bowl tilter.
