The Paternoster is meant for cooling of products in polycarbonate or silicone moulds.

Our paternosters are made to order for each customer based on the required productivity, the size of moulds and technological modes.

Moulds get into the cabinet via a conveyor, which is synchronized with the available equipment and fill the level of the vertical chain conveyor. Moulds are held abreast on metal corners of the two sides, attached to the four branches of the chain. After filling the level with the programmed number of moulds, the level automatically rises one step upward and the next level of conveyor starts being filled with moulds.

The moulds in the top position are moved using a pusher with a pneumatic actuator to a neighboring vertical chain conveyor and then they start going down step-by-step. In the lower level the moulds are unloaded from the cabinet using a transport conveyor, which submits the moulds to other equipment.

The cooling cabinet has air-cooling and is divided into two temperature zones with separate evaporators:

- the first zone: a vertical chain conveyor which raises the moulds.

- the second zone: a vertical chain conveyor which lowers the moulds.

Each evaporator is equipped with fans for forced air circulation in the chamber, having a reverse rotation function, which makes it possible to regulate the temperature in the top and bottom of the cooling cabinet.

The PLC of the cabinet with an external operator panel makes it possible to program the cooling time, temperature and productivity based on the quantity of moulds in the cabinet. To comply with the technological requirements, all of these parameters are adjusted separately and allow to perform the necessary technological modes with various productivity.
