Enrobers STANDARD series are targeted for operation on production lines for performing a wide range of tasks for enrobing different kinds of products with chocolate on a base of compound either cocoa butter.

  • The machines are made completely of stainless steel to meet the standards` requirements of hygienic and have moveable vessel and easy access for maintenance and cleaning. Structurally bath has a vertical wall, the water jacket is formed on a separate frame and equipped with independent heating coil.Level control of chocolate carried  by sensors upper and lower level.
  • Submission of chocolate on covering carried out by pump with a water jacket, which is equipped with an independent low-speed variable frequency drive.
  • Independent drive mesh with frequency-controlled drive and gears from polyamide. Mechanical tensioning system of mesh. Adjusting separate handle on the outside of the machine

  • The system of top enrobing with double curtain height regulable.
  • Rotating shaft to bottom enrobing product equipped with a scraper and a mechanism for adjusting the level of the wave.
  • Highly productive air blower with continuous vertical adjusting. Adjustment of the air flow to the product.
  • Vibration station with pneumatic actuator and control the frequency and amplitude of vibration.
  • Heating shaft for smoothing product’s underside.
  • High-shank heating and height adjustment features reverse swing.
  • Air heating chamber machine with infrared ceramic heaters with PLC control.
  • All settings of the machine are carried out by operator side control. All control knob arranged on the outside of the machine. Control side is submitting to customer additionally
  • Easy access to the chamber machine with 4 sides through the fully opened windows made of polycarbonate
  • PLC control with touch panel operator. The ability to control the whole line.
  • Prepared space for an additional pump for external circulation of chocolate.
